    Mylon Bubb was born September 16, 1926 to the late Gustav and Lena Bubb.  He attended local schools and graduated from Central High School.  On October 23, 1948, he married the love of his life, Josephine Wimmer.  During his working years, he was employed by the Vollrath Co., Amour Leather Co., Electric Spray it and retired from Plastic Engineering Co. after 41 years of employment.  He was a member of the Holy Name Cleaning and Grounds Crew, Holy Name Ushers, V.F.W. for 25 years, American Legion, and Knights of Columbus 772 where he also served in the Honor Guard and the Fourth Degree.  Mike enjoyed bowling, traveling, taking things apart to see how they worked, watching Packer games and in November 2011, Mike was honored with the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight to Washington D.C.

    Mike is survived by his children, Michael (Pat) Bubb, Karen (Dan) Bernhardt, Larry (friend Colleen Nigh) Bubb, Mary Jo (Ron) Ehlert, all of Sheboygan, Kathy (Mike) Schommer, of Green Bay; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a son-in-law, Gary Gephart, of Arlington Heights, IL.  He is further survived by sisters, Shirley Markham and Gwen Engelhardt as well as other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Bubb; parents; his daughter, Linda Susan Gephart; sisters, Gladys Kasabuski, Kay McDermett, Dolly Gensch, Adlyn Scribner and brothers, Floyd, Elrey, Lynn, Bill and Lyle Bubb.

    A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 818 Huron Ave., Sheboygan with Rev. Matthew J. Widder officiating.  Family and friends may gather at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.  A memorial fund has been established in Mylon’s “Mike’s” name.

    The family would like to extend a thank you to Dr. Matthews and Dr. Minehan and their nursing staff as well as the nursing staff at St. Nicholas Hospital and Hospice.
