Edith Ethel Clark

Edith Clark passed away on January 17, 2015 at the age of 86. She attended Sturgeon Bay High School and graduated from the class of 1946. Soon after her graduation she was united in marriage to Raymond Clark on July 6, 1946. During her working years she was employed by Lakeland Manufacturing as a seamstress for 31 years. Edith was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, she was part of the Woman’s VFW Auxiliary Post 9156, she enjoyed cooking, gardening and making Raymond behave. One thing Edith will always be remembered for was her willingness to reach out and help others, but more than anything she will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and also for the strong Christian woman that she was.
Survivors include her husband, Ray; children, Roger (Debbie) Clark, Dianne (Daniel) Weiss, Janet Clark, Patty (Jack) Bichler and Wayne (friend Christine) Clark; grandchildren John (friend Shelly) Bichler, Micheal (Joel) Hammen, Jill Bichler, Janice (Tony) Hoffmann and Sam (Amy) Clark; Great-grandchildren, Katelynn, Mckenzie, Mason, Isabella, Mara, Jack, T.J., Trevor and Lydia; sisters, Lucille (Reuben) Miller, Harriet Denil, Donna (Roland) Delair, Linda (friend Dennis) Long and sisters-in-law, Jayne Wilke, Bev Wilke. She is preceded in death by two infant sons; one infant great-grandson, Tyler John; parents, Herman and Edna; siblings, Esther, Lloyd (Buddy), Jeannette (William), Donny, Allen, Herman and brothers-in-law, Merlin and Herbert Long.
Visitation will be held at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, on Friday, January 23, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at 1:00 P.M.
